We can free you from the hassle of doing the books for your event. Let us consolidate all of the invoices from your event vendors onto a single purchase order that contains the line-by-line details you need to know to track spend.
Event vendor invoices can be handled in one of two ways, depending on your needs:
Your venue finder acts as an intermediary on your behalf, keeping all invoices in your name.
Your venue finder acts as an intermediary on your behalf, keeping all invoices in your name. Your venue finding or venue sourcing agency quotes you the net vendor prices, without the agency commission. The resulting contracts and invoices are kept in your name. As the customer, you retain direct access to all pricing and contract terms.
Alternatively, your venue finder contracts services in their own name.
The venue finding or sourcing agency sells services on to you. The agency negotiates prices with vendors and marks up the prices before selling the services on to the end customer. The end customer does not know the amount of the markup.
Contracts and invoices are processed very differently, depending on how the venue finder operates. The cost to you can also be very different.
